1. Print this page and mail it with your payment to:

Dr. David Bass , Executive Secretary Treasurer, Oklahoma Academy of Science, University of Central Oklahoma, Campus Box 90, Edmond, OK 73034.

NOTE: Your registration is NOT complete until your payment is received by the OAS's Executive Secretary-Treasurer. Therefore you should mail this form and payment to the above address by October 26th to insure early registration.

Please write legibly, print or type. EVERYONE must register; one person per form. The following data marked with an *will be utilized in making official name tags which must be displayed at all times. The remaining data is required for insurance, accounting procedures and notification in case of cancellation.

2. If you need to make Hotel reservations the designated meeting hotel is the: Hilton Garden Inn, Tulsa South Hotel 8202 S 100th East Ave., Tulsa, OK 74133; (918) 392 2000. Reservations need to be made by October 22th. Refer to our Group Name "Oklahoma Academy of Science" and Group Code "OAS" for the discounted rate of $68.00.

3. If you wish to register for a paper or poster presentation, please send an email to BOTH the appropriate section chair and to paula.shryock@okstate.edu with the following information.

If you are an undergraduate and wish to participate in the Collegiate Competition, you will also need to send an email with the above information to the Collegiate Academy Director, Dr. Nick Cheper at ncheper@ecok.edu, also the first character of your Title should be a star*.  

PLEASE NOTE: All presenters must be 2007 OAS members. The deadline for title submission is October 19, 2007.
